Create a text file named TEMP.REG that contains the following:
REGEDIT4

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows
\CurrentVersion\Policies\System]
"DisableRegistryTools"=dword:00000000

Save the file and then double-click it in Windows Explorer.
Click the Yes button to confirm registry import
